Menu (1/2 – 1/6)

Monday: Burgers (no bun) with grain mustard and blue cheese and side salad. Burger was pan grilled in my new Le Creuset Grill Pan in Dune (like the one below, but round). Love.

Tuesday and Wednesday: Turkey Meatballs (this recipe will serve as the base) with sauteed kale

Thursday: Oven fried chicken tenderloins with green beans

Friday: Chili for the inaugural use of my 4.5 quart Le Crueset Dutch Oven (scored for a ridiculous $99 at Bloomingdale’s because Le Creuset is changing their packaging. I restrained myself from going in a Le Creuset buying spree).

Yum.
